Después de 3 días aún no encontraban nuestra reserva y nos tuvieron una hora esperando en el check out hasta que conseguimos resolver el entuerto. "I had a terrible experience at Grand Resort and SPA on 15 December, 2018. We booked a twin room online using hotels.com. When we arrived at the hotel the twin beds have very hard mattress. We asked for soft mattress but they didn't have one. Instead they gave us a room with King size bed. But we needed two beds and asked for an extra bed. They wouldn't let us have the extra bed without an additional charge of $30 on top of the $73 we paid for the twin bed. Although this is entirely the hotel's...
